Register for free, buy your T-shirt or sign up to volunteer for a chance to get a digitally signed Seahawks football and other vendor prizes.

- WHERE: Harry E Lang Stadium at Clover Park High School in Lakewood
- DATE: Saturday, July 18, 2026.
- TIME: Vendors are open from 9 am to 1pm, and the run, walk, roll event is from 10am – 12 noon.
All T-shirt proceeds go towards inclusive and fun activities and programs for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
No purchase necessary to participate in the fun, but you will be missing out on a cool T-shirt!
Each participant will have a chance to win a donated prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants and entries. No purchase necessary! (Deadline to register to get a T-shirt at the event is Friday, June 26. You can order after that date but may not get your T-shirt at the event.)
Participants will have the opportunity to choose from several distances, including:
- 5K+ (3.12 miles or 12.5 laps)
- 100 meters (or as much as you can run-walk-roll)
- 400 meters (one lap around the track)
- 1 Mile or 1600 meters (4 laps)

We need helpful hands for the following roles:
- Hydration/Cheering Station
- Handing out T-shirts
- Lap counter
- Registration
- Participant support
- Setup (8:00 am – 9:30 am)
- Cleanup (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm)
- Trash hauling
- Ticket awards
- Other! (Those tasks we forgot about)
