About L’Arche:
L’Arche Tahoma Hope is a nonprofit organization in the South Puget Sound region of WA state. Our focus is in sharing life with people with intellectual disabilities (core members). We have 3 group homes where we provide 24/7 care and support for core members, as well as a farm where core members work, and a Welcome Center with activities.
This position is open in 2 of our homes – Hopespring and Ananda.
Job Brief:
The House Coordinator is a direct care role providing personal care and support for activities of daily living for core members in their home and across the organization. They oversee a team of 4-7 assistants for whom they provide training, support, and supervision. The House Coordinator ensures the home adheres to all state regulations and helps to build the culture of L’Arche’s mission and identity within the home. The House Coordinator shares on-call responsibilities with the team of 4 other residential coordinators.

Wage:
Starts at $25/hr
